I'm afraid I have been doing lots of other things this month including a couple of days in London to visit the Chelsea Flower Show, which was great, so I haven't transcribed any more documents yet. The next ones in line are relating to the Cooper family who were farmers at Swineshead Bridge. They relate to Samuel Cooper, living around 1820, and Thomas Cooper whose document is dated 1832. I have yet to find just how they were related, father and son at a guess!
If anyone reading this thinks they may be related to these people, please do not hesitate to email me - address on website. The last documents I talked about were belonging to the Smith family - see earlier blog - and Robert Smith, a descendant, contacted me this way. I was thrilled to be able to exchange information with him.
