Well our evening of reminiscences went well and everyone seemed to enjoy it. After taking out expenses we made £172, which went to the newly formed youth group in the village. Altogether a successful evening.

News of my next book: it is now expected to be out in July and we shall be having a launch at the Art Gallery as usual.

Not much else to report as family matters seem to be taking over at present. I haven't got back to working on the old documents recently - must do so before long.
